End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Astro's Lounge governing your access to software, scripts, interfaces, and digital materials delivered through the User-Generated Content Network ("UGC Network") and community-hosted pages on ugc.astroslounge.com.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy, Astro's Lounge grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use UGC Network materials solely for personal, non-commercial use unless a project owner explicitly permits otherwise.
2. Network Software and Scripts
The UGC Network may deliver client-side scripts and components to your browser, including:
- Required user-content notice banners and security enforcement scripts
- Page functionality provided by community project owners
- Third-party libraries loaded by hosted pages (e.g., UI frameworks, parsers)
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify network security scripts except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
3. Restrictions
Unless expressly authorized, you may not:
- Copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit UGC Network software or materials
- Remove, hide, or alter required user-content notices or security controls
- Use automated tools to circumvent banner dismissal or security mechanisms
- Sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer your access rights to others
- Use hosted materials to develop competing network infrastructure
4. Community Project Materials
Content, branding, and project-specific code on community pages may be owned by their respective project owners. Astro's Lounge does not grant ownership of third-party or community materials beyond the limited access rights needed to view and interact with those pages through the UGC Network.
5. Intellectual Property
Astro's Lounge retains all rights, title, and interest in UGC Network infrastructure, branding, security systems, and official network documentation. Community project owners retain rights in their original project content subject to the license they grant to Astro's Lounge to host and display it on the network.
6. Security Enforcement
The UGC Network may automatically restrict or terminate page access when required security components are tampered with. By using hosted pages, you acknowledge that these technical controls are part of the licensed experience and may not be disabled.
7. Third-Party Components
Community pages may include third-party software or services governed by separate licenses. Your use of those components is subject to the applicable third-party terms in addition to this Agreement.
8. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach this Agreement. Astro's Lounge may also suspend or revoke access at any time. Upon termination, you must cease use of UGC Network materials.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
UGC NETWORK MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ASTRO'S LOUNGE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL ASTRO'S LOUNGE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE UGC NETWORK MATERIALS, INCLUDING COMMUNITY-HOSTED SCRIPTS OR CONTENT, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to Astro's Lounge's operations, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections apply in your jurisdiction.
